The desire to never be triggered again is wishful thinking. Yet, we do, and when we are in the midst of it, we want to run away from this uncomfortable feeling.
There are constant stimuli in the world that create either magnetizing or repellent pull in all of us, so we can’t escape them. With that in mind, the questions are: How to make the most out of them and find ways to make this journey smoother and more empowering? This program will assist you in identifying your biggest triggers and reframing them so you can shift your relationship to them and have the wiser part of you to be in the driver’s seat when you have been triggered. In addition, this program will assist you in creating new mental pathways to support you in reframing your experience and create a new mindset to refer to as your wise self resource, and creating pathways for easy access as needed.
