Write Down Everything for Which You Are Grateful

A perfect exercise to practice this feeling is writing down all the things you are grateful for. This way you can become more self-aware of all the blessings you have in your life. 

Remember it could be anything, from your relationship to a new job promotion to having hot water and food in your house every day. 

You can do this exercise each morning, this way that gratitude energy will flow throughout all your day.

Be grateful for what you don’t have.

Another way to practice gratitude and attract abundance is to be thankful for what you don’t have. It may sound crazy, but the ability to keep your goals and dreams is what will allow you to lift yourself up, creating and attracting the life you truly desire.

Rather than complaining about what you don’t have and emanating this negative energy to the Universe, try to do the opposite.

Start feeling grateful for what you don’t have yet but want to attract to your life. When you do this from a place of love, it radiates that positive energy out into the Universe. And the Universe is abundant and will present you with everything you desire.
